The Orange special

This striking guitar was commissioned by a customer from Miami beach. Like most Custom Red Specials, it only differs in colour/veneer from the original Red Special.
Originally, it was to be veneered in Flamed Maple, but when I found this highly flamed 'Olive' ash veneer I quickly sent pictures to the customer and was met with a huge "YES!"...and "stain it bright orange!"

Construction as per Brian May's original guitar.
Flamed 'Olive' Ash veneer to body and headstock face.
Double Ivoroid binding.
Sperzel Satin tuner buttons fitted to Schaller locking machine heads.
Hoffee Carbon fibre case.
