Working on the original Red Special

The 'Before' video.

A few months ago, I got the nod from Pete Malandrone and Brian May to carry out some restoration work on the original Red Special, see my previous blog post here.
During the work, Will and I filmed the process. The first short video is now online, and just chronicles part of the wear and tear that the guitar has sustained since being restored by Greg Fryer 19 years ago.

Just a taster at the moment, but the full video is coming out in September. I hope you all enjoy it.

The video tells about the story of a man who has restored the guitar. We can all make our own video and make a documentary about it. The video that is being shared in the post will open your eyes to the unimaginable world that it has brought to the people that has used this special guitar. The video will give you some realizations and they will give you that answer that will lead to more questions. It is a fun game to do for me.
