Following on from the success of the Guyton RS Transporter, we proudly present the AG Transporter.
After building a few of the RS Transporters, we had the idea of combining the best features from our favourite guitars, but presenting them as a cohesive whole in a similar headless package to the RS Transporter.
We loved the sound of the Stratocaster neck pickup as well as the bridge pickup of the Telecaster. The scale length of 625mm as used by Gibson was also a must, and for maximum comfort and playability, a compound radius fingerboard bonded to an asymmetrically shaped neck. The custom machined locking headpiece from the RS Transporter has also been carried over, complete with the magnetic cap. We have used tried and trusted sustainable tone woods such as ash and maple.
The Guyton AG Transporter is available in four different models, the Alpha, the Beta, the Gamma, and the Mark Chapman signature model. There is also the option to commission a bespoke AG Transporter that will be totally unique to the customer and will never be repeated.
Guyton guitars aim to bring the Transporter idea to a wider audience as we love the concept of the headless guitar.
